PRELIMINARY SUMMARY.
In our previous reports we have sketched for you, in the most didactic way possible, the basic concept of the IBOZOO UU.
It is not at all easy to find perceptible images of some elements or factors (we do not think it correct to call them particles) that can only be conceived analytically with the help of mathematical algorithms.
But we repeat that certain pedagogical licences carry a very serious risk. Thus, when the teachers of a UUGEEYIE (boy or girl) of the OYAAAGAA try to represent the Atom to him as a miniature “Planetary model”, prompting him to picture the Nucleus as a kind of “Sun” and the orbital electrons as “Planetoids” revolving around it, the UUGEEYIE assimilates a distorted concept which, if he does not overcome it with later advanced studies, will remain introjected for his whole life, preventing him from conceiving his Physical Cosmos in a more suitable way.
We put these paragraphs to you to warn you against easy and erroneous prejudices. We consider it very important that the concept of OAWOO (“AXIS” or ORIENTED DIMENSION) should not be identified by you as the materialization of a straight line, not even as a rotational or axial vector representing oriented magnitudes. The OAWOO is not measurable, that is, it is not a magnitude; it therefore lacks dimensions as the Physicists of OYAAGAA (PLANET EARTH) conceive them, which is why we suggested that you should not try to identify it with the “dimension LENGTH”.
Doubtless someone lay in Mathematics, on learning of our Theory, would naively seek a PERCEPTIBLE representation of such an “AXIS”; but we know that such a mental representation is impossible for you for the time being, and this leads us to draw the diagrams of this report for you by means of spherical and axial representations that are as puerile as the concept of the Atom explained by some humble teachers of elementary education.
The OAWOO, on the other hand, IS NOT A CONVENTION; it is not a simple parameter, an arbitrary way of representing an IBOZOO UU (as the Leptonic Number devised by the Physicists of the Earth may be).
The OAWOO does not exist without imagining it linked or “connected” to another OAWOO with which it forms an ELEMENTARY ANGLE that we call IOAWO.
All the confusion we may cause you in trying by every means to present these concepts of our Physics to you is caused precisely by our eagerness to offer you these references in a didactic and comprehensible way. Apparent contradictions are then inevitable, as there would be if, to a terrestrial child’s question about how a transistor receiver can pick up a distant station, you answered that “the words come through the air”.
There is no doubt that this ingenuous answer, adapted to the child’s primary mentality, will present serious contradictions with the formulation of certain postulates of the Physical Theory of Fields and of Fluid Mechanics.
On the other hand, it is much more accessible to imagine the concept of IOAWOO (we would translate it as “ANGLE FORMED BY TWO OAWOO”). You will remember from the previous reports how we identified this IOAWOO with certain magnitudes familiar to you (LENGTH AND TIME).
In spite of everything, it will not be at all easy for you to conceive of an ANGLE NOT formed by intersecting lines or planes. Such a conception of Angle differs from the convention so familiar to terrestrial mathematicians.
In short: if you try to apply your own mental schemes, entangled within the orthodoxy of formal logic, then even if we offered you the whole scientific formulation of our Theory, it would be impossible for you to assimilate these concepts. This is the obvious reason why in our Exposition we try to facilitate the understanding of the IBOZOO UU with rough similes.
All this, moreover, seems repugnant to reason. The untrained OEMII is accustomed to contemplating objects bounded by lines, to mentally materializing angles bounded by straight lines and planes, and to placing objects at such and such a point or such and such a place.
It will then be hard for that OEMII to imagine an IBOZOO UU that cannot be defined by the three coordinates that define the point in a Euclidean space; hard to imagine that, besides this, it lacks mass and therefore cannot be assigned a momentum; that it lacks energy in itself and electric charge, since such concepts (MASS, ENERGY and CHARGE) are mental elaborations associated with a particular orientation of such elements. An “ENTITY” of this kind would perhaps be defined by the expert in logic of OYAAGAA as the not-A (A) of two-valued Logic (that is, WHAT DOES NOT EXIST).
But the IBOZOO UU is not a mere Mathematical postulate, an entelechy made up of strange concepts of “axes” (which moreover are not AXES) with whose help to sketch a new Hypothesis of Physical-cosmological Conception.
We, on the contrary, have confirmed empirically the Validity of this Conception. We know that the IBOZOO UU REALLY EXISTS, and we merely acknowledge that, not knowing other aspects of such entities, we have by no means reached the goal of COSMOLOGICAL TRUTH. And perhaps we shall never reach it, even though we approach it asymptotically.
We do not, of course, intend that you, Mr. Villagrasa, and your acquaintances should accept this new Conception unknown to the Physicists of OYAAGAA (EARTH). For that it would be necessary for us first to outline our logical principles to you and to accompany this Dissemination (for these reports can have no other character) not only with the mathematical formulation that would support it, but with access to certain empirical proofs that would contribute to its admissibility.
It would be puerile to expect a Physicist of the Earth to accept some premises through a merely popularizing and didactic text, without a coherent body of argument and, on top of that, without the support of reliable testimony. Never could some OEMII (MEN) who hide and operate in the shadows, for reasons we have explained to you repeatedly, demand to be believed through mysterious telephone conversations or by means of typewritten documents without an identifiable signature.
In short, we are trying to DESCRIBE a THEORY to you, not to PROVE it.
You, Mr. Villagrasa, may object to us with good judgement that it would be worthwhile to attach to our reports some mathematical arguments that would finally resolve your doubts. Our attitude in refusing to cooperate so that our identity is clarified reveals either that it is the fruit of a hoax, or the consequence of a selfish attitude tending to monopolize our Science and Technology so as not to transfer it to the cultural heritage of PLANET EARTH (OYAGAA).
As you are already aware of previous arguments in this respect, this hint of controversy will be repetitive, but we remind you that you too always seem to fall back on a recurrent prejudicial basis. Your appeals suffer from a defect of origin, which is TO CONSIDER THAT OUR CONTACT WITH YOU HAS AS ITS OBJECT THAT YOU AND OTHER OEMII OF THIS PLANET ACCEPT OUR IDENTITY.
Clearly, if that were our aim, there are many ways of vouching for ourselves, and naturally you, the scarce two hundred scientists and a few more brothers of various professions with whom we correspond, would not be precisely the suitable targets for making ourselves known. Nor do we think for a moment that the state Administrations of the various Countries of this Planet would subject us to any coercion or harm.
As for the apparent selfishness we may reveal in reserving our Science and Techniques to ourselves, we regret to disagree flatly with your hasty assessment. WE KNOW for certain that a contribution of such a nature would gravely disrupt the Social Network. Consult this point, Mr. Villagrasa, with a genuine expert in Sociology, a brother of yours, and he, if he is objective and intelligent, would surely give you corroborating explanations in this regard.
THE ELEMENTARY SUBPARTICLES.
If we wish to describe our conceptions of MASS and ENERGY, it is necessary to establish at every moment the difference or possible similarity between the current ideas of a PHYSICIST of the Planet UMMO and one of OYAGAA (PLANET EARTH).
First of all we point out to you that, apart from certain discrepancies regarding the true meaning of factors familiar to you (such as SPIN), we accept as valid many of your discoveries, although we interpret them differently.
To illustrate the preceding paragraph, let us look at some concrete examples of qualified agreement.
You have measured the Mass of the PROTON, of the ELECTRON, of various MESONS and HYPERONS, or have verified the absence of MASS of the NEUTRINO or of the PHOTON.
We corroborate the existence of what you call PARTICLES, and confirm that your measurement of their mass at relative rest is correct. Our disagreement appears when it comes to interpreting the genuine nature of these so-called particles (we shall be more explicit later).
Let us now see an example of disagreement as regards the assessment of a CONCEPT.
You know an important parameter that you call SPIN or INTRINSIC MOMENTUM, and you “know” that it is quantized in five values. (Some Physicists of the Earth have interpreted this SPIN as a ROTATION of the PARTICLE, therefore assigning a MOMENTUM to it for its evaluation.)
We, on the other hand, know that such a ROTATION IS NON-EXISTENT and that the quantization of its value is a fallacy, for although in a three-dimensional frame the Number of values is finite, the possible orientations of the “quaternion of OAWOO” that you interpret as SPIN can never be evaluated as discrete, but rather as what you would call a CONTINUOUS magnitude.
And finally, we shall point out a type of Hypothesis widespread among you which, from this very moment, we firmly refute as erroneous.
Thus some Physicists of the Earth currently suppose the PROTON to be made up of MESONS.
Following that mistaken path may delay Terrestrial Research in the Field of Physics by many years. The original Hypothesis, which supposed the PROTON to be an indivisible particle, is closer to reality.
So much for a small random sample of certain differences we have recorded.
A SIMILE FOR PERSONS LITTLE VERSED IN PHYSICS.
Over these last years the Physicists of OYAGAA have been unravelling the intimate nature of matter. Little by little you have managed to catalogue a series of particles to which you assigned a series of parameters whose evaluation is possible with your current Laboratory instruments.
Thus, as we indicated before, you are able to evaluate the MASS at rest or in motion, its present energy, its electric charge, its SPIN and its ORBITAL MOMENTUM. You do not know the position of a particle at a given instant, but you do know the probability of finding it at a definite point.
Nevertheless, many Physicists suppose that a particle has reality (either as an entity concentrated within a neighbourhood of limited radius, or as a discrete amount or Quantum of ENERGY of which no size or location can be defined). However, in the absence of INTERACTIONS and before a possible collision with another particle, it can move along a trajectory that you can visualize in a Cloud Chamber, for example, meanwhile preserving its initial attributes of MASS, SPIN, ORBITAL, CHARGE and ENERGY.
Before going on, let us set out two didactic similes.
For your popular festivities you use a chain of firecrackers linked by a continuous fuse (in the country Spain such a device is called a TRACA).
Imagine that an observer, situated a great distance away, is watching a street along which one of these TRACAS has been laid out.

When the first firecracker begins to explode, an OEMII runner carrying a flare runs in a direction parallel to the line of the traca. The firecrackers, exploding consecutively and at great speed, may give our Observer, who sees the phenomenon from very far away, the optical illusion that a “LIGHT” is “running” along the cord.
He will think he sees two LIGHTS moving along parallel trajectories.

He will perhaps be unable to tell the difference; he may even think that they are two runners with flares.
See then the difference between the two PHYSICAL conceptions. The PHYSICISTS of OYAGAA would accept the “version of the runner with his flare”. The Physicists of our PLANET know that the displacement of particles could be likened to the metaphor of the TRACA.
If a fragment of radioactive mineral emits β (beta) rays, they believe that the electron that left a grain of the substance is the same one that, after travelling a few centimetres, causes a collision with, for example, an Oxygen molecule.
Our conception differs greatly from this formal image. The ELECTRON IN ITSELF DOES NOT EXIST (just as one cannot properly say that a FLASH or a BURST exists in the firecracker). What does exist is a chain of IBOZOO UU inaccessible to our senses or our measuring apparatus owing to the peculiar orientation of their OAWOO (“AXES”) (just as the cardboard cartridges filled with Potassium nitrate and Antimony sulphide, embedded in a fuse, were inaccessible to the eyes of the distant observer).
But certain OAWOO of each of the components of that series or chain become oriented consecutively (returning afterwards to their original orientation).
This constitutes the illusion of the movement of something that lies hidden from the organs of our external senses and escapes the control of your present measuring instruments.
It is not possible to conceive of a PARTICLE isolated outside the WAAM (COSMOS), just as an Ocean WAVE not associated with Water would be unimaginable.
Not only is Energy quantized (in this your Physicists were not mistaken) but also the MAGNITUDE “DISTANCE”. It is not possible to discriminate a “discrete quantity” of length of an order smaller than 12-13 centimetres (the angular relation between two “CONNECTED” (LINKED) IBOZOO UU). And precisely a SUBATOMIC PARTICLE has as its basis one IBOZOO UU and another CONNECTED one. (We use the word “CONNECTED” [Sp. “CONEXO”] because we find no more suitable one in your vocabulary. We believe that the word “ADJACENT” would suggest a location of the IBOZOO UU, and we have already told you that an IBOZOO UU exists but cannot be LOCATED.)
Let us try to represent ideally an AYUU (NETWORK) of IBOZOO UU on an ideal plane, in such a way that none of the IBOZOO UU orients any of the OAWOO (“AXES”) that compose it perpendicularly to the fictitious Plane we have drawn with coloured pencil leads (IMAGE 32). We say that (

)... An OEMII will consider that network “EMPTY”. He will illusorily identify it with NOTHINGNESS. For him there will be no MATTER, no GRAVITATIONAL or ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS, no WEAK INTERACTIONS, no NUCLEAR INTERACTIONS. In short: he will extrapolate such an (AYUU) (NETWORK) from the COSMOS he knows.
But imagine that the IBOZOO UU represented in ORANGE orients one of its OAWOO, which we call OAWOO YEY, at an angle that we idealize in (IMAGE 33) as α = (π/6) radians.
